As to the loyalty of rebels to their cause, not a single rebel should chastise or accuse an other of disloyalty to the cause. Each Man and Woman has his or her own responsibilities pertaining to his or her own life, work or family. Therefore, should he or she be threatened with arrest, it is to be wholly understood if many would lay down the cause. This is not disloyalty, it is responsibility.
